We have purchased three log homes that were originally intended as a log home sales center.  They are located at the Exit 14 intersection of Interstate 77 and US 58 in Virginia.  Location! Location! Location!  This is the place. 
         The Log Mall is surrounded by the usual interstate exit businesses plus there is a Farmer's Market and a small strip mall with a variety of stores in it including an area visitors center.  We have ample parking and ambiance.

Virginia Department of Transportation estimated that I-77 and US-58's combined average daily traffic volume in 2009, was 86,000 vehicles.

•  Units must be 600 sq. ft. minimum and finished to suit tenant.
•  Lease contracts will be five (5) year terms.
•  Rates will be determined by space size.
•  Certain types of businesses are not allowed per Carroll County, Virginia ordinance.
